Stevia leaves are one of the sweetest substances known in nature, with a sweetness rating of up to 300 times the sweetening power of sugar. They have been called a “super-sweetener”, with no calories, a glycemic index of 0, and very little bitter aftertaste. Stevia is an excellent alternative sweetener to sugar for teas and other recipes that call for sugar.
Our Stevia is higher quality because it's freshly harvested by knowledgeable family farmers, as well as it's stored in the cold and dark. It contains a high content of essential oils.
Our Stevia is ethically harvested by local family farmers.
